Q: The date on my ticket says Saturday April 28th, but I registered for Friday only or a Two Day Ticket, how do I know I have the correct ticket? 
A:  To make sure that you have the correct ticket, please look at the bottom of your ticket. It should state what type of ticket that you registered for, either Site Visit, Conference or 2 Day. If you see that the type is incorrect, please email us at iengagemidwest@gmail.com.

Q: Do I need to print my ticket? 
A: You do not need to print your ticket, we will have all of your information at the registration table. 

Q: I can no longer attend the conference, can I get a refund? 
A: If you would like a refund you must email, iengagemidwest@gmail.com 14 days before the event. No refunds will be given after April 13th, 2018. 

Q: How can I ask my administrator to attend the conference? 
A: Look at our Justification Letter for a template you can send to your principal.  

​Q: Can I receive CPDU's for attending the conference? 
A: Yes, CPDU's will be available to all attendees once an evaluation form has been filled out. CPDU Forms will be handed out after the closing on Saturday April 28th, 2018. 

Q: Do you accept purchase orders? 
A: We do accept purchase orders by request only. Please email us at iengagemidwest@gmail.com and we will be able to provide you with the needed information. 

Q: On Friday of iEngage, how will we get to and from the schools we are visiting? 
A: Transportation to and from the 2 schools you will be visiting is included in your registration. There will be busses to transport each group. Please do not drive to the school on your own, for safety and parking reasons you must ride on the bus. 

Q: What time does the conference start? 
A: Friday, iEngage - Berwyn begins promptly at 8am, doors open at 7:30am. Please arrive early to ensure you have enough time to park, pick up your badge and get your breakfast. Saturday, iEngage begins at 9am, doors open at 8:00am. Vendors, Makerspace and breakfast will be available from 8am-9am. 

Q: Where is the conference located? 
A: Friday, iEngage - Midwest takes place at LaVergne Education Center, 3401 Gunderson Ave. Berwyn, IL 60402.
Saturday, iEngage - Midwest takes place at Hamburger University, 2715 Jorie Blvd, Oak Brook, IL 60523

Q: Where can I park at the event?
A: Friday of iEngage - Midwest at District 100's District Office, LaVergne Education Center, you can park in the parking lot, on Gunderson Ave. or on 34th Street. Saturday of iEngage - Midwest at Hamburger University, you can park in the parking lots.
